The Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics (SHB20121) is the entry level qualification for the makeup industry. The qualification prepares students to sell, demonstrate and apply products in a retail cosmetic environment – such as a salon, makeup studio or department store. Course units include elements of makeup design and application, specialty techniques and in-store operational duties.
