The Certificate II in Salon Assistant (SHB20216) – Salon Connected Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a Skilling South Australia initiative supported by the Government of South Australia.
The Program is for school leavers (or those not continuing secondary studies) who are interested in a pathway to a hairdressing apprenticeship. During the Program, students will learn technical skills at the Academy and gain hands on experience during work placement at a salon. The combined delivery will provide graduates with the Certificate II in Salon Assistant (SHB20216) and an understanding of whether they would like to pursue a hairdressing apprenticeship.
